Yin Yoga for Balancing the Nervous System (Online)

This 4-Week Online Series brings trauma-informed yin yoga directly to your home via Zoom.

What you'll experience:

  • 4 x 60-minute sessions
  • Yin yoga practice designed to balance your nervous system
  • Integration of psychoeducation
  • Practical Polyvagal tools for nervous system regulation and body awareness
  • A safe, inclusive environment emphasising personal autonomy and agency

Required props for online participation:

  • Blankets (beach towels work well as alternatives)
  • Blocks (firm books can be used)
  • Bolsters (pillows or couch cushions are suitable alternatives)

You'll need:

  • A quiet space is recommended
  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to Zoom (link will be provided before each session)

All sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one, you'll receive a recording to maintain continuity in your practice.
