This 4-Week Online Series brings trauma-informed yin yoga directly to your home via Zoom.
What you'll experience:
- 4 x 60-minute sessions
- Yin yoga practice designed to balance your nervous system
- Integration of psychoeducation
- Practical Polyvagal tools for nervous system regulation and body awareness
- A safe, inclusive environment emphasising personal autonomy and agency
Required props for online participation:
- Blankets (beach towels work well as alternatives)
- Blocks (firm books can be used)
- Bolsters (pillows or couch cushions are suitable alternatives)
You'll need:
- A quiet space is recommended
- A stable internet connection
- Access to Zoom (link will be provided before each session)

All sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one, you'll receive a recording to maintain continuity in your practice.
