Yin by Candlelight

Join this 75-minute yin by candlelight practice dedicated to nervous system restoration, facilitated by Kylie Gillin.

With many hours of specialised training in nervous system regulation and Polyvagal theory, Kylie creates a safe and invitational environment for nervous system nourishment & restoration.

The session opens with 5 minutes of mindful mobilising movement to prepare your body to pause in yin shapes aimed at your parasympathetic nervous system, held between 3 to 4 minutes. Throughout this invitational practice, you'll be offered vagal nerve breathing techniques to support your autonomic nervous system regulation.

This practice by candlelight supports your body's innate capacity for digestion, healing, repair, and restoration.

The studio is fully equipped with all necessary props, though participants are welcome to bring their own.
