Week 1: Understanding Your Nervous System States
Learn to recognise when you're in fight/flight mode versus when you're regulated. This awareness is the foundation for everything else.
Integration: A practice to take away and use in your daily life
Week 2: Moving From Fight/Flight to Safety
Explore polyvagal-informed practices that help signal safety to your nervous system—because you can't force relaxation when your body feels threatened.
Integration: A tool for moments when you notice stress building
Week 3: Building Vagal Tone & Resilience
Develop practices that strengthen your nervous system's capacity to regulate—like building fitness, but for your stress response.
Integration: A practice to support ongoing nervous system resilience
Week 4: Regulation Tools for Everyday Life
Integrate what you've learned into your real life—the meetings, the deadlines, the chaos. Practical tools you can actually use.

60 minutes each, combining brief polyvagal education with guided embodied practice (yoga, breathwork, regulation techniques)

I practise lifestyle medicine—helping overwhelmed professional women understand how stress affects their energy, sleep, and digestion through evidence-based nutrition science, nervous system regulation, and embodied practice.
After 20+ years in corporate project and contract management, I understand high-pressure environments. I experienced burnout while studying my nutrition degree and running my own wellbeing studio—living the gap between knowing what's healthy and actually being able to implement it when you're chronically stressed.
This workshop integrates Polyvagal-informed nervous system science with embodied yoga practice—because understanding the theory matters, but feeling the difference in your body is what creates lasting change.
