A 4-week Polyvagal-informed workshop exploring how your nervous system affects your energy, sleep, digestion, and stress response.


What you'll experience:

4 x 60-minute sessions

  • Brief Polyvagal education combined with guided embodied practice (yoga, breathwork, regulation techniques)
  • Practical nervous system regulation tools you can use in everyday life
  • Integration practices to take away after each session
  • Small group learning - maximum 20 participants for supportive, focused practice
  • All sessions recorded - access for 12 months

Required props for online participation:

Essential:

  • Quiet space where you can move comfortably
  • Comfortable clothes

Optional but helpful:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Bolster (couch cushions or pillows work well as alternatives)
  • Blocks (firm books can be used)
  • Blanket
