A 4-week Polyvagal-informed workshop exploring how your nervous system affects your energy, sleep, digestion, and stress response.
What you'll experience:
4 x 60-minute sessions
- Brief Polyvagal education combined with guided embodied practice (yoga, breathwork, regulation techniques)
- Practical nervous system regulation tools you can use in everyday life
- Integration practices to take away after each session
- Small group learning - maximum 20 participants for supportive, focused practice
- All sessions recorded - access for 12 months
Required props for online participation:
Essential:
- Quiet space where you can move comfortably
- Comfortable clothes
Optional but helpful:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Bolster (couch cushions or pillows work well as alternatives)
- Blocks (firm books can be used)
- Blanket
