We are realistic about your schedule
Videos are 5 to 10 minutes each. Watch during your lunch break or morning coffee. One micro habit per week with three time options: under 15 minutes, 15 to 30 minutes, or 30+ minutes. You choose what fits your capacity each week. No hours of meal prep. No 5am routines. No pretending you have unlimited time or energy.
Experimentation, not perfection
You're not expected to do all 10 habits perfectly. For 10 weeks, you'll experiment with different micro habits and discover which ones work for your body. The goal is to maintain 3 to 5 practices by Week 10. The ones that fit your body, schedule, and life while helping you manage stress sustainably. Some won't work, and that's completely expected.

After 20+ years in high-pressure corporate project and contract management, Kylie knows the exhausting reality of professional life and the frustrating gap between knowing what's healthy and having the capacity to implement it when you're overwhelmed.
In 2026, after two decades in corporate roles, Kylie relocated to Ubud, Bali for a 12-month sabbatical as a deliberate wellbeing decision. She now works with professional women globally through online programs designed for real lives, not perfect ones.
