 PURPOSEÂ
To support overwhelmed women in creating sustainable wellbeing that works with their demanding lives, not against them.
 VISIONÂ
A world where women recognise they are not broken but that their symptoms are intelligent responses to impossible expectations, with tools that honour their lifestyles.Â
 MISSIONÂ
Providing integrated nutrition, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle medicine solutions that honour the mind-body connection and meet you where you are today.
The cultural expectation that Woman Â
effortlessly juggle career, family, household duties, and self-care isn't just unrealistic – it's impossible. If you're reading this, you know that exhausting feeling of being pulled in every direction whilst maintaining the appearance that you've got it all together.
I embodied this struggle for years. Six years studying nutrition alongside a demanding project role, pursuing yoga and coaching qualifications, launching my wellbeing studio in 2023 – believing sheer determination would see me through.
My body had other plans. My nervous system said no more and complete burnout struck by late 2023. After reassessing what truly mattered, I've modified my life – not by adding more but looking at what I can realistically remove. Most recently, making the hard decision to close my beautiful wellbeing studio because it simply wasn't sustainable.
I founded Even Flow Lifestyle Medicine as an extension of my wellness journey, but my burnout experience transformed its true purpose into an online space for overwhelmed women seeking balance without adding more overwhelm to their lives.
The Science Behind the Approach: Nervous System Regulation
Â
Your body is constantly communicating through energy levels, cravings, sleep quality, and stress responses. That afternoon crash or evening stress-eating? These aren't willpower failures—they're intelligent responses from an overwhelmed nervous system.Â
This diagram shows the various states of your autonomic nervous system. When you're stuck in chronic stress—whether that's mobilised (fight-or-flight), immobilised (shutdown), or cycling between states—your body can't properly rest, digest, or restore. My approach helps you understand these patterns and shift toward sustainable balance.
My approach looks at the whole picture: how nutrition affects energy, how stress impacts digestion, how your nervous system responds to demanding schedules, how your mind, gut and microbiome are communicating. Everything's interconnected—addressing symptoms individually doesn't work when all these systems are talking to each other.
You've tried enough quick fixes to know they don't stick. I'm here to help you understand the science behind why you feel the way you do and what actually works for sustainable change.
Through extensive training and study over the past decade, my most influential learning has been with with Martine from The Body Talk Therapist and The Polyvagal Institute.
