The Cultural Expectation That Women Can Do It All

I'm a nutritionist, yoga facilitator, lifestyle medicine practitioner and project manager on sabbatical. After 20+ years in high pressure environments, I know what it's like to push through exhaustion believing that if I just kept going, everything would be fine.

It didn't.

By late 2023, my body had other plans. Complete burnout. I spent six years studying nutrition while working full time, then opened a wellness studio while still managing demanding projects. Doing everything "right" and still falling apart. The gap between knowing what's healthy and actually being able to implement it when you're chronically stressed? I lived it.

So I made a decision. I closed my studio, took a 12 month sabbatical and moved to Bali. Not because that's the answer. But because I needed space to rebuild and practise what I teach.

You don't need to move to Bali or quit your job to feel balanced. You need strategies that work within your real life. Not against it.

High functioning women don't need more complicated programs or rigid meal plans. They need to understand why their body is responding the way it is. And they need permission to stop pushing through.

The exhaustion, the afternoon crashes, the digestive issues, the sleep problems... this isn't a you problem. It's your nervous system responding to a life that demands too much.

But it doesn't have to stay this way. And I'm here to show you another way.

Find out how I can support you below.
