Lifestyle Medicine Prescriptions

Lifestyle medicine consultations begin with a holistic assessment of your wellbeing. During the consultation, we'll review your current lifestyle to understand your current state of wellbeing and identify sustainable lifestyle changes you want to integrate. 

You will come away with a prescription tailored to your individual needs which may include life stage nutrition, sleep tips, stress management techniques, enjoyable movement and more. 

In July and August 2024, consultations are available at a discounted rate as part of a pilot for this new service offering.
